The Monarch Difference

As a successful nightlife establishment, we take an innovative, individualized approach to beverage catering. A member of our dedicated staff will meet with you in person before every event to collaboratively design a custom menu of craft mixology cocktails that is tailored to the tastes and needs of yourself and your attendees. Our highly skilled bar persons will spend one-on-one time with you to ensure that all the complex and delicately balanced cocktails are poured to perfection, using only the freshest quality ingredients. Once the cocktail menu is created, we will enhance the amenities with a refined selection of beer and wine.

Monarch beverage catering is a fully licensed and insured catering service. We also have a permit expediter that can assist in acquiring all the necessary permits from the city and state in a timely manner.

In addition to on-site catering, we also offer a Victorian-inspired, Art Nouveau lounge and an amazing nightclub venue that are both available for your private events.
